Disney fans can expect the introduction of Tiana and Tiana's Palace in the August update, along with new outdoor decor and a Star Path that brings a 1920s vibe to the village. This update will also conclude the Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time expansion, where players will embark on an adventure into Jafar’s palace.

The current roadmap might be coming to an end but there's still more ahead in 2024. An October update will launch quality-of-life improvements and fixes in DDV, and, of course, exciting new content. Timon and Pumbaa from The Lion King will make their debut, inviting players to tackle an invasion of Night Mites with their help.

Here's a short version of the roadmap:

  • August 2024 - Tiana; End of A Rift in Time
  • October 2024 - Timon & Pumbaa

Looking ahead, the developers remain committed to releasing even more free content updates that introduce new characters, Realms, clothing, and furniture. The input of Disney fans will continue to be highly valued. According to the blog post, the devs will be improving existing features based on player feedback.

For instance, enhancements to Scrooge McDuck's Store have been included to showcase more unique furniture and items. Upcoming updates will also focus on the Furniture and Wardrobe menus. This is a highly requested feature.

The team promises there will be even more new free features that provide more space and freedom for decorating.
