Although the update hasn't arrived yet, the recent developer's video released on May 21 gave us some valuable insights about the new changes. Here's what you can expect from Valorant Patch 8.11:

  • Breeze and Split will rotate out of the map pool, and Haven will make a grand return.
  • Raze will receive nerfs
  • Iso will receive buffs - Double Tap ability
  • Neon will receive buffs - High Gear ability
  • Reyna's team play will be improved and some of her current strengths will be reduced

Apart from these changes, the new Valorant Patch 8.11 introduced a new map called Abyss. Map rotation will only apply to Competitive, Unrated, Spike, Rush, Swiftplay, Deathmatch, and Escalation. With Patch 8.11, Standard maps will no longer use the map rotation system. For more information about the Abyss map, you can check out this article.
