Valorant Patch 9.06 - Agent Tier List

Jett remains the strongest Agent in Valorant for Patch 9.06, as she's perfect for fighting with knives. Unfortunately, if you're looking for a team player, she's not the best choice.

Reyna is great for aggressive fights. She deals insane amounts of damage, but just like Jett, she is mostly useful for solo play.

Clove is the first non-binary Agent in Valorant, and they're suitable for tactics and aggressive strategies. They also have some of the best abilities for controlling the game and providing support.

PROS:

• Abilities that surprise the enemy

CONS:

• Difficult to master

Everybody loves Sova and his information-gathering abilities. Once you learn how to control him, you'll become the master of the battlefield.

PROS:

• Area denial
• Reckon Bolt doesn't get destroyed by Vyse's Shear

CONS:

• Less effective in defensive situations

Cypher is very good at map control and surveillance. His traps are effective against all enemies, but you should be aware that once you put them down, you cannot change their position.

• Trapwire no longer breaks windows when placed too close

CONS:

• Vulnerable to enemy attacks

If you want to break through enemy defenses, Raze is perfect for you. She's the best Agent to rank up with, and although she isn't as unpredictable anymore, she can deal a lot of damage.

Players who have precise aim will benefit a lot from Iso, but keep in mind that mastering him is quite the challenge.

Omen is always a good choice if you're looking to deal damage. You'll get a lot of kills with him, but you should be careful because he's too vulnerable to enemy attacks.

Just like Sova, Killjoy can gather information, and she can use a lot of traps to control the map. However, her setup time is too long.

Yoru is the master of misdirection. He creates chaos on the battlefield and confuses his enemies, but he's too difficult to master.

Vyse uses liquid metal and deals damage like nobody's business! She's the newest character on the roster, and Valorant Patch 9.06 fixed her Arc Rose ability, making it unusable on invalid objects. Moreover, her Shear no longer blocks bullets and people while respawning.

Deadlock is one of the most balanced Agents in Valorant, but her defense abilities aren't the best. She is generally considered to be a less effective fighter. In Valorant Patch 9.06, her Sonic Sensors skill no longer stays active after she's killed.

Fade has unique skills that can deafen her opponents and impair their vision, but just like many other Agents, she has abilities that are too specific.

Brimstone has very powerful area denial abilities, and his UI targeting is better than ever. Unfortunately, his disadvantage remains his predictability. Valorant Patch 9.06 updated his Orbital Strike's AoE windup and activation to be slightly directional toward the origin of the AoE.

Astra can control the area very well, and she helps a lot in strategic play, but she needs too much team communication to become effective.

Harbor's effectiveness is often debated among Valorant players, and currently, he is still at the bottom of the tier list, even though he has some amazing vision-blocking abilities.
