Valorant Reveals New Agent Tejo - Everything We Know So Far

A new agent joins the epic Valorant lineup! Riot Games has officially revealed their latest character, Tejo, an experienced intelligence consultant from Colombia. He's an expert in ballistics and he will surely shake up the Valorant meta. In this article, we will discuss everything we know about him so far, along with Tejo's abilities in Valorant.

Tejo’s Abilities

Like every agent in Valorant, Tejo comes with four unique abilities, including his Ultimate. His skill set focuses on controlling space and displacing enemies, making him quite dangerous. 

• Special Delivery: Tejo’s signature ability lets him equip a sticky grenade. Upon firing, the grenade sticks to the first surface it hits. It detonates shortly after. 

• Stealth Drone: This ability allows Tejo to use a controllable drone that scouts ahead. Once launched, players can manually steer the drone and trigger a pulse that both suppresses and reveals enemies within its radius.

• Guided Salvo: Tejo’s targeting system lets him mark up to two locations on the Valorant map for a missile strike. Using the alt-fire, players can launch missiles that explode upon arrival.

• Ultimate: Armageddon: Tejo’s Ult is a game-changer. Using a tactical map interface, he can select a starting point and a destination for a devastating strike. Once activated, a wave of explosions runs through the chosen path.

The 27th Agent & Role

Tejo is the 27th addition to the Valorant roster and fills the role of an initiator. His abilities give him great area control and force enemies into vulnerable positions. Tejo is a great choice for aggressive teams.

Tejo Release Date

Tejo will be available in the game starting January 8, alongside Valorant’s 2025 Season // Act I. The update will also introduce a new Battle Pass, balance adjustments, and other exciting content. Sounds promising. A great start to the new year!
