Minis and Building an Army

Strategically building armies plays an important role in WarCraft Rumble and can significantly impact your gameplay. These armies consist of Troops, Leaders, and Heroes. Leaders are responsible for managing Troops, while Heroes stand as formidable individual units.

The game is launching with over 65 minis spanning 5 different families, Alliance, Horde, Beasts, Blackrock, and Undead, with multiple leaders available in each family. So far the confirmed characters are:

  • Tirion Fordring, Maiev Shadowsong, and Jaina Proudmoore from the Alliance;
  • Grommash Hellscream, Sneed, and Cairne Bloodhoof from the Horde;
  • Charlga Razorflank and Hogger from the Beasts;
  • Rend Blackhand and General Drakkisath from Blackrock;
  • Bloodmage Thalnos, Sylvanas Windrunner and Baron Rivendare from the Undead.

Delve deep into collecting a select group of minis and enhance their power or aim to collect all of the charming characters. You can collect talents for minis, which grants additional abilities

Journey across Azeroth

There are over 70 zones at launch with 5 levels divided into zones with the final level of each being a harder mission, which requires a powerful army. Each boss is unique, forcing players to change their strategy. Onyxia, the dragon from the trailer, is the final boss in the game.

Arcade Surge

The Arcade Surge Game mode lets us replay levels with an electric Twist. Completed missions will periodically light up with energy, offering a rotating selection. Players will need to utilize specific minis, some of which they might not own or have never used before. In another Surge mode, players will receive a modifier in a specific map zone.

Heroic Campaign

Upon reaching 50 sygils, players unlock this challenging campaign. It features the regular campaign but with a higher level requirement and a more challenging map. Each level completion grants extra rewards, and completing the entire zone offers an additional bonus, providing extra XP to boost the player's army.

Dungeons

The game features 3 maps with 3 bosses. Each week, the game rotates the family of minis that can enter the dungeon. Before starting the level, the player selects a relic acting like a talent applied to an individual unit, a part of the team, or the entire army. Up to 3 relics can be stacked simultaneously—one for each level of the dungeon. Players have only 2 attempts to complete this mission before starting over. Defeating the final boss rewards special mini upgrades applicable to the leaders.
