The Patch Up service allows you to buy 50 health for 100 Gold Bars instantly from a Mending Machine or NPC. While med kits and bandages are always options, they take time to apply. If you’re without healing items or engaged in a fight near a Mending Machine, you can quickly purchase this service for an instant health boost that could help you win the duel.

Patch Up Service Locations in Fortnite

In Fortnite, you have two options for purchasing the Patch Up service: Vending Machines and NPCs. There are three types of Vending Machines in the current patch: Weapon, Mending, and Malfunctioning. These machines can spawn in fixed locations, and any machine might be one of these three types. Finding a Mending Machine depends on luck; you'll need to check each location until you discover one. You can identify a Mending Machine by the prominent Medical Cross sign.
