A small list of changes was added to World of Warcraft Season of Discovery Phase 3. It seems the developers are still working on implementing any major changes to the classes, as they are currently evaluating the PvP and PvE performance of the major outliers.
Hopefully, Blizzard will adjust the balance as some specs are struggling to perform on par with other classes, making it seem like not enough play testing and feedback has been used to make for a better and more fun experience. However, it is quite difficult to adjust the power level. Given the new runes, items, and abilities that were added to Season of Discovery, we might see some major changes once Phase 4 comes around.

WoW SoD Phase 3 Class Hotfixes
Shaman Hotfixes
Rolling Thunder can now trigger from Overload versions of Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning.
Warlock Hotfixes
Felguards summoned by Warlocks using Summon Felguard will now have their appropriate demon names, instead of just ‘Felguard'. This name will not be permanent like other Warlock pets, and the Felguard's name will change upon every summon.
Some minor tweaks to both Shamans and Warlocks. Hopefully, the changes with Rolling Thunder will result in more DPS for Elemental Shamans, as their Enhancement counterpart has been dominating the charts for quite some time.
Warlocks also got a nice quality-of-life change by giving their Felguards names, similar to the other pets Warlocks can summon.
And that covers all of the changes that were added by Blizzard in Season of Discovery Phase 3. We will be closely monitoring the community and forums for feedback regarding each class, as we might see some significant adjustments sometime soon.
