You will first need to speak with these NPCs to learn the Expert Blacksmithing Skill.

These are the new recipes you can get from the 10-man Gnomeregan Raid. All of these recipes can be purchased from Ziri "The Wrench" Littlesprocket, however, you will need to complete the epic crafting quest chain to be able to purchase Plans: Temepered Interference-Negating Helmet and Plans: Reflective Truesilver Braincage
