The new Sunken Temple instance will be a 20-man raid so players will have to dedicate a lot more manpower and time to run the instance. To compensate, Blizzard stated that this raid and all future raids will have a weekly lockout, as opposed to the current Blackfathom Deeps and Gnomeregan lockouts.
Another important note is that the Upper Blackrock Spire will not be counted towards this weekly lockout.
We also received confirmation that the raid will be available on day 1, so even the more serious players will have a chance to try out the new content as soon as possible.
