Blizzard continues to work hard on improving The War Within, which is why hotfixes keep being released to balance WoW. On September 30th, a new list of changes was introduced to the game. WoW: TWW Hotfix - September 30th, 2024
The most important changes in the most recent hotfix are related to Heavy Trunks. Heavy Trunks in Tier 6, 7, and 8 delves now grant more reagents, instead of just one. This is a nice boost for World of Warcraft players. Other changes are related to small bug fixes.

Class Changes (September 30th)

Alliance mages can now use the Mosswool Polymorph variant, as intended.
Delves Changes (September 30th)

Heavy Trunks in a Tier 6 delve now have a chance to grant 1 to 2 reagents (was 1 only).

Heavy Trunks in a Tier 7 delve now have a chance to grant 1 to 3 reagents (was 1 only).

Heavy Trunks in a Tier 8 delve and above now have a chance to grant 2 to 3 reagents (was 1 only).

Fixed an issue where fleeing Nightfall Initiates could fail to count for defeating an enemy group influenced by Zekvir.

The door to Master Machinists will no longer erroneously close for players before starting the fight.

Reduced the health, armor, and damage of Lord Banehollow for the quest “When Revenge Burns Green”.
