Rover begins Wuthering Waves with the Spectro element. However, as you go through the main story, you will be able to unlock Havoc Rover. The Havoc counterpart of the main character looks a lot edgier and provides a very aggressive playstyle. We’ll be checking out how to unlock them and what they can do.
Wuthering Waves: Unlocking Havoc Rover
Havoc Rover is unlocked during the Grand Warstorm main quest in Wuthering Waves, which is the final mission in the Huanglong arc. You’ll have to reach Union Level 21 before being able to accept the quest, so make sure to check out our guide on account progression.
After visiting the abandoned research lab, you will be able to speak with Aalto again at the entrance. You will be notified that you will be entering a long assignment. Personally, it took me about an hour and a half to complete this mission. The bosses you'll fight will be level 50, but you shouldn't be worried, as you will be provided with trial characters.
The Grand Warstorm mission features four boss encounters, with Havoc Rover appearing in the final battle. Before Jiyan may rejoin the fight, you must first survive a brief battle with the Dreamless.
