Wuthering Waves has just revealed two new playable characters that we can expect to see in future game versions.
One of these characters, The Shorekeeper, is a 5-star character, while the other, Youhu, is a 4-star character.

The Shorekeeper was revealed today, August 4, 2024. She is confirmed to be a 5-star character from the Black Shores factions that is set to appear in one of the future versions of Wuthering Waves.
Considering how Wuthering Waves has gone about promoting new characters before, fans speculate that she will appear as one of the new playable characters in version 1.3.

Youhu is a 4-star character from the Huanglong faction who is also set to appear as a playable character in one of the future versions of Wuthering Waves.
Similar to The Shorekeeper, fans speculate that she too will join the roster in Wuthering Waves version 1.3.
