Maintenance Time
The Version 1.2 maintenance is set to begin on August 15, 2024, at 06:00 (UTC+8). The developers suspect that the maintenance will take roughly 7 hours and the game will be available at 13:00 (UTC+8) on August 15, 2024.
However, maintenance times are not always an accurate representation of when the game is live, so if you wish to have a better idea of when the update goes live on August 15, you can follow WuWa’s official media pages.
During the maintenance, you will not be able to log in inside Wuthering Waves, so make sure you complete your daily activities before the game goes down for maintenance.

Maintenance Compensation
As with previous maintenance, players can expect compensation for the Version 1.2 maintenance.
This compensation will consist of the following:
- Astrite x300
- Crystal Solvent x2
To be eligible to claim this compensation, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Create a character before August 15, 2024, 06:00 (UTC+8)
- Unlock the Mail feature before August 15, 2024, 06:00 (UTC+8)
If you have completed the above requirements, you will be able to find the compensation in your Mail after the maintenance has concluded.
The compensation mail will be available until before the Version 1.3 update, so do not forget to claim it.
