Event Requirements
To be eligible to participate in the First-Class Customer Service event, you must meet the following requirements:
- Reach Inter-Knot Lv. 15 or higher
- Complete Agent Story "Mole in the Hole (I)"
Upon meeting the above requirements, you will be able to find the event in the Events Tab.

Event Details
The developers behind ZZZ describe the First-Class Customer Service event as a “signal calibration game mode." In this game mode, players will have to help customers repair their broken video players in front of the video store.
The event will feature two types of challenges: Simple Adjustments, and Precise Calibration. During these stages, you will encounter TVs that will require calibration. To calibrate them, you will need to accurately time the growing signal to the calibration circle on the screen.
Upon successfully timing the growing signal to the calibration circle several times, you will receive a rank that will determine your prizes. Put simply, this is a rhythm game mode that will need you to sharpen your instincts and help the people of Sixth Street.
