Zenless Zone Zero is an action-gacha game in which you use various characters, otherwise known as Agents, to fight against enemies.
Given that ZZZ is a gacha game, the best way to get new characters is through the gacha system. However, the developers have also given players a set of free characters that they can use if they decide not to use the gacha system.
