Zenless Zone Zero: Help Kai Event Guide

Help Kai is the newest event that just launched in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.3. It is a simple event that will have you completing a series of weekly tasks in order to earn Polychromes and other material rewards. The event is easy to complete and can be done by just going through your regular daily activities. Let’s see what we know so far about the event and what rewards you can get from it.

Event Duration

The Help Kai event begins today, December 2nd, 2024. It will last for exactly two weeks, eventually ending on the 16th of December. You can find the full event schedule in the table below.

Event Requirements

To be eligible to take part in the Help Kai event, players must meet the following requirements:

• Reach Inter-Knot Lv. 15

Upon meeting this requirement, you will be able to find the event in the events tab and teleport to the event giver from there.

How to Start

Starting the Help Kai event can be done in two ways. After you complete the requirement mentioned above, you will get a prompt in the form of a red exclamation mark in your event window. By going there and navigating to the Help Kai event menu, you can click on the [Go] button to teleport directly to Kai and begin the event from there.

The other way to start the event is by opening the map menu and teleporting to the Music Store on Sixth Street. To the left of the Music Store, you will notice Kai standing in front of a sign with HIA written on it. By talking to him, you can start the event.

How to Play

This event will require you to complete a series of weekly tasks in order to receive prizes. Each week you will get 5 tasks that you must complete, with each rewarding you with 40 Polychromes and other materials. Each task is quite straightforward and is similar to the weekly tasks that can be found in either the Battle Pass system for ZZZ or in the Ridu Weekly missions. Thus you will have no problems with completing the tasks during the Help Kai event if you just go about doing your dailies every day. The weekly tasks will refresh each Monday at 05:00 (server time), and given the event will be live until the 16th of December, we will have one more reset waiting for us next week.

In addition to the Weekly Goals, there is another type of task known as the [HIA Affairs]. These tasks do not reset and can only be completed once. Unlike the Weekly Goals the HIA Affairs tasks will require that you go a bit out of your way to complete, but luckily they also do not reward any Polychromes, so it is up to you whether you want to complete them or not.

Rewards

As we’ve already mentioned, this event is divided into two types of tasks: Weekly Goals and HIA Affairs. Each type of task gives different rewards, and the main rewards you can expect to get from this event are Polychromes and materials. In the table below you can find the total amount of rewards that you will be able to get if you complete all Weekly Goals twice and all of the HIA Affairs tasks.
