Jane Doe is a Physical Anomaly Agent from the N.E.P.S. faction who deals most of her damage through the Assault Anomaly. She is a fast character who relies on her fast attacks in the Passion State to quickly build up Anomaly and deal ridiculous damage with Assault, which, in Jane’s case, can CRIT.
In addition, Jane has three dashes, unlike the other Agents, who only have two. This allows her to proc Dodge Counters more often and thus stay in the Passion State longer.

Jane Doe Best W-Engines
Jane is a character that is not highly reliant on her Signature W-Engine. Although the Sharpened Stinger is her best-in-slot thanks to its Anomaly Proficiency main stat, Jane also has some decent F2P alternatives that she can use to still deal a lot of damage through Assault.
Rank | W-Engine | Effect |
1 | Sharpened Stinger |
Upon activating a Dash Attack, gain 1 stack of Predatory Instinct. Each stack of Predatory Instinct increases the equipper's Physical DMG by 12% for 10s, stacking up to 3 times. This effect can trigger once every 0.5s and repeated triggers reset the duration. When entering combat or triggering Perfect Dodge, gain 3 stacks of Predatory Instinct. While Predatory Instinct is at maximum stacks, the equipper's Anomaly Buildup Rate increases by 40%. |
2 | Weeping Gemini |
Whenever a squad member inflicts an Attribute Anomaly on an enemy, the equipper gains a buff that increases Anomaly Proficiency by 30, stacking up to 4 times. This effect expires when the target recovers from Stun or is defeated. The duration of each stack is calculated separately. |

For every 10 Energy consumed, the equipper gains a buff that increases ATK by 2.5% for 10s, stacking up to 10 times. The duration of each stack is calculated separately. |

Jane Doe Best Disk Drive
Jane Doe’s best 4-piece is the Fanged Metal set. This set not only gives her a good Physical DMG boost on its 2-piece but also increases her overall damage by 35% whenever she or any other squad member procs Assault, which will happen often if you’re playing Jane.
For the last two pieces, you can use either the Freedom Blues for the added Anomaly Proficiency or the Hormone Punk, as you can farm it in the same stage as the Fanged Metal.

Skill Priority
When it comes to Jane Doe, all of her skills benefit her overall damage, so unfortunately there is not one skill that you can focus on and forget the rest. That being said, there is still one part of her kit that you can ignore for later on.
