Zenless Zone Zero has begun with its marketing for its upcoming version 1.3 update, and in light of that, it has revealed information about two upcoming Agents. One of those agents is the highly anticipated Lighter.
Why you might ask? Well, Lighter is the first S-Rank male character to be added to the game even since Lycaon, and fans have eagerly been expecting an S-Rank male character ever since July 4, 2024, so you might just need to start preparing those Polychromes as Lighter is coming in ZZZ 1.3.

Lighter is a Fire Attribute character with the Stun Specialty who comes from the Sons of Calydon Faction. He’s been a character that we’ve been seeing on and off during our time in ZZZ, but have never gotten that chance to dive deeper into him.
The first reveal we saw of Lighter was during the version 1.2 trailer, and given that we’ll be diving deeper into the Sons of Calydon’s story in the 1.2 update, we might just get more information about him to prepare us and our hearts for his official release in Version 1.3.

Appearance
Lighter uses the tall male model. From his introduction video, we can see that he’s wearing jeans with a nice leather jacket, with spikes coming out of it. However, the most striking thing is the golden gauntlet he has on his right arm, which can spew fire, as we saw during the Version 1.2 reveal trailer.
Attribute and Specialty
Lighter is a Fire Stun Agent and the second Fire Stun Agent to be added after Koleda. This implies that he’ll be great at quickly building up daze and stunning enemies to allow the rest of the team to do damage.
