Officer Cui is an S-Rank Bangboo that was introduced in ZZZ 1.1. It is a Bangboo that deals only Physical DMG, and his B skill can only be activated by having two or more Criminal Investigation Special Response Team units in your team at the same time.
Currently, there is only one team that can fully utilize Officer Cui’s skills, and that is a team consisting of both Zhu Yuan and Qingyi, combined with a third flexible unit.
Given that you need to have both Zhu Yuan and Qingyi to fully utilize Officier Cui, you might want to consider if this Bangboo is worth pulling now, or maybe you should wait until more Criminal Investigation Special Response Team agents get added in the future.
