Zenless Zone Zero: S-Rank Agent Qingyi Mechanics

Qingyi is one of the new S-Rank Agents that will become available after the Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.1 update.

She is an Electric Stun Agent who can quickly stack up Daze while also dealing significant damage to enemies.

The developers behind ZZZ have shared information about her mechanics prior to her release next week on August 14, 2024.

Qingyi Release Date

Qingyi is a limited S-Rank Agent that will be released in the first phase of ZZZ Version 1.1. Players will be able to obtain her from the Phase One Signal Search Event banner, alongside the A-Rank Agents Billy and Corin.

After the Version 1.1. Phase One SIgnal Search Event banner has concluded, Qingyi WILL NOT be added to the Stable Channel.

Qingyi is an S-Rank Stun Specialty Agent who uses the Electric Attribute. She is part of the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team faction alongside Zhu Yuan.

Qingyi is a fast Agent who can quickly build up Daze and Stun enemies while also increasing DMG against Stunned enemies. By dealing Electric DMG, she builds up [Flash Connect Voltage]. After building up enough, Qingyi can enter what is known as the [Flash Connect] state, where she can unleash a Finishing Move and inflict [Subjugation], which increases the target’s [Stun DMG multiplier].

Mechanics

• Additional Ability - Three Verses of Farewell at Yang Pass
  • If there is an Agent with the Attack specialty or an Agent belonging to the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team faction, Qingyi's Basic Attacks deal increased Daze. Also, if Qingyi's Impact is greater than 120 points, her Attack increases a certain amount for each point over 120, allowing for a maximum increase of 600 points.
• Core Skill
  • Effect: When Qingyi uses a move that deals Electric DMG, it accumulates Flash Connect Voltage. After reaching a certain amount, she enters the [Flash Connect] state.
    • While under this state, holding down [Basic Attack] will activate [Basic Attack: Enhanced Moonlit Blossoms], launching five consecutive frontal Rush Attacks followed by a Finishing Move.
      • During skill activation, release the Basic Attack button to trigger the Finishing Move early.
    • When the Finishing Move hits an enemy, they will be inflicted with a certain number of [Subjugation] stacks, up to a total of 20.
    • Each stack of [Subjugation] will increase the target's Stun DMG Multiplier.
      • For each Rush Attack, an extra stack of Subjugation will be added to the Finishing Move.
      • When inflicting Subjugation on normal or elite enemies, the number of stacks inflicted is doubled.
• Ultimate - Eight Sounds of Ganzhou
  • Launch a series of powerful strikes over a large area in front, followed by a Finishing Move, dealing massive Electric DMG.
