Additional Ability - High Spirit
- If there are other Electric Agents or Agents affiliated with the [Criminal Investigation Special Response Team] in your squad: When Seth's [Chain Attack: Final Judgement] or Finishing Move during [Basic Attack: Lightning Strike - Electrified] hits an enemy, the target's Anomaly Buildup RES to all Attributes is reduced by 20% for a certain amount of time.
Core Skill
- By unleashing his EX Special Attack, Seth can build up [Resolve] and gain [Shield of Firm Resolve]. Once [Resolve] exceeds a certain amount, hold Basic Attack to consume [Resolve] and launch [Basic Attack: Lightning Strike - Electrified]. His
Finishing Move will launch against enemies after performing continuous
attacks. - When Seth hits an enemy with his Finishing Move during [Basic Attack:
Lightning Strike - Electrified] or with an Assist Follow-Up, it will trigger a Quick
Assist for the previous squad member. That squad member will be provided with [Shield of Firm Resolve]. A squad member with [Shield of Firm Resolve] has their Anomaly Proficiency increased.
Ultimate - Justice Prevails
- Launch a series of upward slashes in front, followed by a Finishing Move, dealing Electric DMG. Upon activating this skill, Seth will build up a substantial amount of [Resolve], restoring an additional 3 Assist Points for the squad.
