Finding the Scythe Hilt and Scythe Blade

Location

• Head to The Forgotten Commune.

First Encounter

•  As you explore, you’ll come across a ritual room with purple candles. Here, you’ll face a boss called the Befouled Altar, tied to an altar.

Battle Strategy

•  Attack the tied bodies to start the fight. The boss doesn’t attack directly but summons other enemies. Clear these enemies before focusing back on the boss.

Collecting the First Piece

•  Defeat the Befouled Altar to get either the Scythe Hilt or Scythe Blade.

Second Encounter

• Continue up in The Forgotten Commune to another similar altar room. Defeat the second Befouled Altar here to get the remaining piece.

Combining Items
