Your journey begins with a showdown against Champion Victor, the formidable boss found at the conclusion of the Grand Exhibition. After successfully defeating Victor, your path leads you to Simon Manus, who bestows upon you a key. This key serves as your ticket to unlocking the door that grants you the ability to respec your character's statistics.
The door is located in Chapter 7 -> Grand Exhibition Conference Room.
Behind the unlocked door lies the Saintless of Mercy Statue (the one from the thumbnail above), the gateway to respeccing your Ergo, Quartz, and Legion Calibers. Remember, you're not obligated to refund all three at once; you have the flexibility to choose which aspects you wish to adjust.
