Respeccing holds significant importance in the realm of video games. Although not every game extends this option, it proves to be a valuable feature, granting players the ability to reverse undesirable statistical decisions. Typically, in games offering skill point investment, a respec mechanism exists, allowing for the reversal of such choices. The world of Lies of P adheres to this convention.

Among the formidable decisions that beckon in Lies of P is the allocation of Ergo, Quartz, and Legion Calibers. Fortunately, none of these selections are etched in stone. Should you find yourself second-guessing any of these choices, you can engage in respeccing and commence anew without repercussions on your storyline progress. Rest assured that respeccing leaves your narrative advancement untouched.

How to Respec in Lies of P?

To access the respec feature in Lies of P, you'll need to progress through the story and face a specific challenge. Your journey begins with a showdown against Champion Victor, the formidable boss found at the conclusion of the Grand Exhibition. After successfully defeating Victor, your path leads you to Simon Manus, who bestows upon you a key. This key serves as your ticket to unlocking the door that grants you the ability to respec your character's statistics.
The door is located in Chapter 7 -> Grand Exhibition Conference Room.

Behind the unlocked door lies the Saintless of Mercy Statue (the one from the thumbnail above), the gateway to respeccing your Ergo, Quartz, and Legion Calibers. Remember, you're not obligated to refund all three at once; you have the flexibility to choose which aspects you wish to adjust.

However, it's essential to bear in mind that respeccing comes at a cost. Initially, it will set you back ten Gold Coin Fruit for refunding Ergo and Quartz, and five Gold Coin Fruit for Legion Calibers. These charges apply only to your first use of the respec feature. Subsequent visits to the statue for respeccing will incur progressively higher costs. This design discourages excessive exploitation of the feature, so make your choices thoughtfully and consider the long-term consequences before proceeding.
