Great analysis. I've actually asked Savage on Twitch Pump vs Tac and he has stated that the purple pump doing 200 its rare in early and mid game and if you miss your likley dead. With the tac you can keep shooting due to the fast fire rate as well as how his ping is affected by the pump.
