If I am currently using a DPI way above the average range, would you recommend changing all at once? Or adjust in phases? I'm currently close to 1200 edpi and when I tried the 400-600 range it was unplayable because I wasn't used to it. Should I just go cold turkey? Or drop to 1000 for X amount of time, then 800, etc.?

So I am new to all this. Just started Valorant maybe a two months ago. So i am still learning all of these things. I noticed that Aim does happen to be an issue of mine. Be it sticking my crosshair properly or not having it move etc. etc. I am seeing this about DPI and EDPI. So I utilize a Razer Naga Trinity. Love the mouse. I have the DPI on it set to 16,000 cause that is comfortable to me. Now take that into Valorant and I like how quickly I can move my cross-hairs and rotate my character etc. However going by these calculations my EDPI is currently at 4,320? My Aim Sensitivity is set to 0.27 which i though feels to me pretty comfortable in game but uhhhhh, i am seeing that I am totally outside of the average? I tried adjusting my Aim Sensitivity to around .027 to get my EDPI to around 432 which is still above average but everything feels so SLOW. Am I doing something wrong? Or am I just setting something up wrong or mis-understanding something. Any help is appreciated.

All this technical stuff about DPI and whatnot is confusing. I have an esports mouse, but I don't exactly understand how to adjust my DPI for optimal performance. As of now, I just think, mess around until it the sensitivity feels right. I don't know. I just started this game, and I'm an overwatch veteran. Any suggestions?
