Wrist Aiming vs. Arm Aiming

For someone the turn on a player shooting at them that is out of their PoV or hit a large flick to the edge of their PoV it requires the player that shots first to whiff some of their shots. As the rank gets higher this is way less likely to happen and people have better trigger discipline / call out your position instead of shooting, missing and revealing their position. I'm curious at what rank you think the tipping point is you just won't get that opportunity to make a large flick on someone.

so im a weirdo i dont use dont use my fingers i use my arm and my wrist but im still insane at aim ??????????????????????????????????
