IGL - In game leader - Shot caller in the round that creates the strats. Mechanical skills will suffer, but you have to manage other things like, enemy team ults, win condition, battle factors. Characters best for IGLs: Typically Sents, but characters that do not go in first like Brim or Sova are pretty good. When IGL you cannot autopilot. You need high game sense, know game state(? guessing that's what was said @3:04), and win conditions on the fly. ---- overly complicated strats need to be taught and communicated before the game. If you're shy IGL might not be for you. If IGL is right for you, you need to be practicing whenever is possible. Also you don't need to be popping off when IGL.
