The anime will have both Japanese and English Dub
The name of their adaptation will be "Attack on Titan: Requiem"

Studio Eclipse has already released a teaser for 'Attack on Titan: Requiem'. The animation looks great and, to be honest, even has some similarities with the art styles of both Mappa and Wit.

The release window for the new Attack on Titan anime is set for sometime in the Fall of 2024.
