Just 4 days after the recent Baldur's Gate 3 Update, Larian Studios has released Hotfix 18. The changes in it are only a few, and the notes are quite short. This is understandable, as Patch #6 was huge, introducing new kisses, endgames, idle animations, and much more. Check out the full patch notes for Patch 6 here, and here you will find only companion-related changes. Here's everything BG3 players need to know about Hotfix #18:
BG3 Hotfix 18 introduced changes with an issue, causing vendors to initially display their current gold amount as zero. It also manages to fix a crash when entering into bartering with a vendor. These two changes are linked directly to trading. There are no additional fixes or adjustments linked to storytelling, scrip, visuals, or companions.
Larian Studios reminds players they should check the compatibility of their mods after each update, as it may cause the game to crash or behave differently.
