Shadowheart Changes in BG3 Patch 6
- Sitting on the stool in Shadowheart's camp corner will make her react with a line based on your relation with her.
- Shadowheart has a new animation - polishing the Spear of Night.
- If you're romancing Shadowheart in Act II, she'll have more banter.
- Players can now hug her when she's crying after losing or saving her parents.

- If you send Companion Shadowheart to camp, she'll keep the artefact on her. If a custom character or a hireling has the artefact and is dismissed to Withers' Wardrobe, the artefact will transfer to another character.
- Fixed some issues with the flow for freeing Shadowheart from her pod in the nautiloid. Players can only try the Arcana check once. The Eldritch Rune icon is now highlighted as a quest item.
- Shadowheart will have a comment when confronting Balthazar.
- If you part ways with her and hide in the Underdark as a mind flayer, she won't forget that in the epilogue scene.
- Shadowheart won't be referred to as dark-haired, even if she has white hair.

- When playing as Wyll, Karlach will no longer talk about Raphael as though she was there when you met Raphael if you hadn't even recruited her when it happened.
- When playing as Wyll, Karlach will refrain from discussing Raphael as if she had been present during your initial encounter with him, especially if you had not recruited her at that time.
- Wyll's quest about the Wyrmway is now a subquest instead of part of his main quest.
- Wyll's quest about Ravengard will now more reliably and frequently receive updates in Act III.

- Lae'zel will not become hostile towards you under the false impression that you departed the inquisitor's office in Crèche Y'llek while awaiting to fulfill Vlaakith's orders when in reality, you merely jumped onto one of the platforms in the corner.
- If you romanced Lae'zel you can join her in the rebellion against Vlaakith, even if your character isn't a gith.
- If you're playing as Lae'zel, you will have the option to pick her ending if she wasn't the primary avatar making the decisions in the final moments after the Netherbrain was defeated.
- If you romanced a companion but left with Lae'zel after the final battle, you can now talk to your partner about it in the epilogue.
