  • Fighting Style: Great Weapon Fighting
  • Background: Outlander

  • Manoevres: Trip Attack, Disarming Strike, Feinting Attack, Evasive Footwork, Ripostle

Each of these maneuvers is great, and the choice depends on which one best fits your playstyle. Trip Attack, for example, can render your enemies prone, which is a significant advantage to you.

At level 4 Geralt starts feeling like himself, instead of just another Baldur's Gate 3 fighter. It's time to pick up his magic spells - Yrden (Thunder wave), Igni (Fire Bolt), Axii (Friends).

  • +1 Cantrip / +1 Action

At level 5 fighters get their Extra Attack, which makes them great in battle. Paired with Action Surge, Geralt might solo carry your battles.

When Geralt crits or kills a target, Great Weapon Master will give him a bonus action. Pair that up with Extra Attack and Action Surge, and you can get 5 attacks per turn.

At level 7 we spice up the Witcher build by adding the Barbarian class into the mix. This will give you Rage, which will be extremely useful during battle.

Danger Sense and Reckless Attack are a huge boost to Geralt and fit his character perfectly.

Geralt can now go into Frenzy, which gives him resistance to physical damage and an advantage on Strength checks.
