From the Village Entrance Keeper's Shrine, walk to the wooden bridge and jump to the small ravine below. Turn right and follow the ravine into the cave. Once you're inside, go towards the ledge and follow it until you exit the cave and see a gazebo with a big head. The first Meditation Spot is right in front of it, across from the ledge.

Reach the Rockrest Flat Keeper's Shrine and continue straight towards the other side of the canyon. Walk past the Spearbone enemy and the wooden fence. You'll find yourself in a big area; the Meditation Spot is right under the tree on the other side.

You will have no trouble finding the third Meditation Spot, as it is located straight down the staircase after the Rock Crash Platform Keeper's Shrine. You will recognize the place by the stone structure with the two statues.

Leave the Cellar and walk down the hill of sand. When the road splits, take the right path. Continue towards the valley and go through the large gate on the right side. You will see the fifth Meditation Spot at the back of the arena, near a few statues.
