Once you start Chapter 2 in Black Myth Wukong, go to the Village Entrance Keeper's Shrine and cross the bridge. Turn right, and you'll soon see a platform. Drop down and walk forward until you reach a cave. Enter it and turn left.

There will be an NPC called Xu Dog. Talk to him and let him tell you about how a toad swallowed his formulas. Leave the cave, and you'll find a giant frog below you. If you have enough HP and Gourds, jump down and defeat the Lang-Li-Guhh-Baw boss. Go back to Xu Dog, and he'll give you permission to craft Medicines and potions.
