Diablo 4 Season 3 has been out for a couple of weeks at this point, and in order to keep the game fresh and balanced, Blizzard is releasing their next major update. Patch 1.3.3 is finally adding the new Gauntlet weekly challenge dungeon, the leaderboard system, and a ton of new changes and additions to all of the classes in Diablo 4. With an official release date of March 5th, players are going to be able to create more interesting builds for their favorite characters very soon.
While the Rogue has some of the more subtle changes in this patch, the many buffs to their core skills are going to allow players to tweak their existing builds, while creating opportunities for some new ones to emerge. Diablo 4 Patch 1.3.3 - All Rogue Changes
While Patch 1.3.3 does not bring any major changes to the Rogue class, it does bring a ton of quality-of-life improvements and some small reworks to some of their abilities. Some skills, such as Heartseeker, Forceful Arrow, and Flurry, are receiving some small buffs, which aim to get them up to par with some of the stronger options of this season. Among these changes are also some adjustments to Legendary Aspects and a few of the Unique item options for the class. Here is the full list of Rogue changes that are coming to Diablo 4 on March 5th:
Skills
- Attack Speed increased by 20%.
- Dev Note: Lower the Power interrupt frames from 20 to 16.

- Improved Flurry:
Previous: If Flurry hits any Vulnerable enemy, it will make all enemies hit by that cast Vulnerable for 3 seconds.

Flurry hits any Vulnerable enemy it will make all enemies hit by that cast Vulnerable for 3 seconds. - Advanced Flurry:
Previous: Evading through an enemy will cause your next Flurry
to Stun enemies for 2.5 seconds.
New: Evading through an enemy will cause your next Flurry to deal x30% increased damage and Stun enemies for 2.5 seconds.
- Damage increased by 10%.

- Stacks required for bonuses reduced from 6 to 4.
Paragon
- Cooldown reduction increased from .5 seconds to 1 second.
Legendary Aspects
- Damage bonus increased from 8-15% to 15-22%.
- Damage increased from 80-100% base damage to 200-300%.

Unique Items
- Damage bonus increased from 20-40% to 40-60%.
- Death Trap bonus damage increased from 30-50% to 50-70%.
- Cooldown to summon a Shadow Decoy reduced from 12 to 10 seconds.
- Shadow Decoy damage increased by 20%.
