Welcome to our tier list for the best Rogue endgame builds for Diablo 4 Season 4. The new season is set to bring a ton of new content, including major reworks to itemization and endgame systems, while also providing a wide array of balance adjustments to all classes. Season 4 is called 'Loot Reborn,' and while it won't have any unique mechanics or themes, the amount of changes coming with these patch notes is going to make the game feel brand new again. Players have been waiting for a huge overhaul for a while now, and Season 4 is finally bringing what they want. With the endgame content ceiling raised, it's more important than ever to find a build capable of clearing all of the new dangers in Sanctuary.
The placements on this tier list are purely based on how effective these builds are in World Tier 3 and 4 content. The amount of damage they can do, how tanky they are, as well as how fast they can clear all of the endgame content, including high tiers in the Pit of Artificers and Uber Bosses. Here is our list of the best endgame Rogue builds for Diablo 4 Season 4.

C Tier Rogue Builds For Diablo 4 Season 4
Flurry Rogue is a very fast-paced melee build, making it a perfect league starter as it requires little to no specific items for it to be effective. While this build does not compete with the other mentions on this list, keep in mind that most of them are something you will respec into in the later stages of the game. In terms of damage output, Flurry is going to be consistent enough to handle most of the low-to-mid-level Nightmare Dungeons but will fall off quickly towards the middle stages of the endgame. Regardless of its comparison to other builds, we decided to list Flurry as we recommend trying it out before committing to a more gear-dependent build.
Flurry is also receiving a small damage buff in Season 4 and it will also have some additional support through the new Saboteur's Signet Unique, which gives the skill a chance to release Stun Grenades that deal Physical damage and Stun enemies.

B Tier Rogue Builds For Diablo 4 Season 4
The second build on our list is for those who enjoy the trap playstyle of the Rogue Class. The Death Trap build allows you to throw down many traps, applying a ton of different status effects to your enemies and finishing them off with Twisting Blades. The build has amazing clear speed for Nightmare Dungeons and open-world content, destroying packs of monsters while staying mobile with a ton of movement speed and dashes. Trap-based builds can be a bit awkward for some players to get used to, so we do believe Death Trap can be an acquired taste.
The Trap skill is receiving a good amount of attention in Season 4, with several Tempering Manuals adding a wide array of new affixes to the mix. While this will make the build a bit more versatile in terms of which direction you want it to go, it will still lack the scaling needed for the hardest content in the game.

Our first pure-ranged build on the list is going to be the Barrage Rogue. Barrage is a skill that shoots out 5 arrows in an arc, doing massive damage to all enemies in front of you. It is a versatile build that is a bit of a hybrid, as you are technically using a ranged skill, but most of the time you will find yourself in melee range. This can create some complications, especially in terms of survivability, as it is much better to be further away from your enemies. This is yet another Rogue build that does not require any specific gear for it to be viable, so we can definitely recommend trying out Barrage in Season 4.
Barrage was left untouched in the 1.4.0 patch notes for Season 4, but there is a new Tempered Manual affix that adds a chance for Barrage projectiles to shoot twice each time you use the skill. There is also a new Legendary Aspect that allows Barrage arrows to pierce through enemies and it also increases its attack speed. This will make the build a bit more fun to play and it will also increase it's damage potential by a good amount.

S Tier Rogue Builds For Diablo 4 Season 4
The Rapid Fire Rogue is a build that deals massive amounts of single-target damage, capable of clearing any content in the game, including the new level 200 Pit of Artificer's dungeon and Uber Bosses. Often dubbed as the 'Machine Gun' build for the class, you are going to be firing bursts of arrows at your enemies, quickly depleting their health bars. This build lacks in the way of AoE clearing capabilities and is often slower in terms of clear speed compared to most of the other builds on this list, but if you are looking for pure single-target damage, then there is no equal. With some gear investment, this becomes one of the best builds in the game for farming Uber Bosses for Uniques. If all of this is appealing to you, give the Rapid Fire build a try during Season 4!
Rapid Fire is even better in Season 4, as the skill has some added support through the new Scoundrel's Kiss Unique item, which makes the skill lob exploding arrows that deal 15%-25% increased damage. This, combined with a new Tempered Manual affix, will allow for some experimentation within the build, potentially making it even better.

The Penetrating Shot Rogue is one of the strongest and most fun builds available to the class. If Rapid Fire was dubbed the 'Machine Gun' build, then Pen Shot is the 'Shotgun' variation. You will be firing one massive piercing arrow that will annihilate anything in its wake, with a very satisfying sound effect to boot. The Penetrating Shot ability, when combined with some modifiers including an imbuement of your choice, as well as the Trickshot Offensive Aspect, becomes a quick and satisfying way to delete an entire screen of enemies. Being a ranged build also helps with survivability, and the ability to position yourself for your shot to go through as many enemies as possible will provide a fun and engaging playstyle. If you are looking for a satisfying ranged playstyle that will be able to do short work of all of the content available in the game, make sure to check out the Penetrating Shot Rogue!
Similar to the Barrage build, Season 4 adds a new Tempered Manual affix that adds a chance for Penetrating Shot projectiles to shoot twice each time you use the skill. This is just an added bonus that will help you scale even further.
