DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO - All Goku Branching Paths

Branching Paths are one of the most exciting features in DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO as they give players the opportunity to explore different perspectives of the most iconic characters' storylines.

Goku has three Branching Paths in total, and in this guide, we'll go over all of his Episodes and their rewards in DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO. Let's dive in!

DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO Side By Side Path & Episodes

To unlock the Side by Side Path, choose to follow The Earth's Mightiest Duo. Let's take a look at each Episode separately.

Episode I

In the first Episode, you have to kill Raditz before Krillin comes to help. Be careful, because if you fail, you'll be brought back to the main storyline.

Rewards:

• 1000 Zeni
• 50 Player EXP

Episode II

When you're done with Raditz and the rest of the enemies, prepare to face the remaining Saiyans. Piccolo will also appear, and he'll offer to help Gohan improve his skills.

Rewards:

• None

Episode III

Although you'll have to choose whether to fight Krillin, Tien, Chiaotzu, or Yamcha, it doesn't really matter who you pick. In any case, you'll progress further after defeating any of them.

• 1000 Zeni
• 50 Player EXP

Episode IV

When the other Saiyans arrive on Earth, kill Nappa. Once you're done, Vegeta will kill him too after he loses to Goku.

Episode V

Vegeta faces Goku, and you have to deal insane amounts of damage quickly. If you survive, you'll see Vegeta transforming into a Great Ape.

Episode VI

Once Vegeta transforms, defeat him, and you'll be able to move forward to the next Episode.

Rewards:

• 1000 Zeni
• 50 Player EXP

Episode VII

In this Episode, Vegeta fights against Goku, and Piccolo accidentally hits the latter with his Special Beam Cannon.

Rewards:

• 1000 Zeni
• 50 Player EXP

Episode VIII

To complete this part, defeat Dodoria and Zarbon.

Rewards:

• 1000 Zeni
• 50 Player EXP

Episode IX

After the fight is over, the Ginyu force appears, and you must take down Guldo as fast as you can.

Rewards:

• 1000 Zeni
• 50 Player EXP

Episode X

Unfortunately, after Guldo dies, you'll have to face the entire Ginyu force. Keep in mind that there will be five enemies in total, and you won't be able to recover your Health.

Episode XI

Frieza sends Captain Ginyu to find Dragon Balls, and Vegeta chases him. You have to kill Vegeta to progress.

Episode XII

To unlock the final Episode, reduce Frieza's Health and force him to transform into a less powerful form of himself.

Rewards:

Episode XIII

Goku is in his third form, and he is in a battle against Frieza. When you deal enough damage, Goku will transform into his most powerful version.

DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO Pushing The Limit Path & Episodes

To trigger the Pushing the Limit Path, choose to work with Piccolo in The Earth's Mightiest Duo. Next, defeat Raditz in the Rematch and Result Episode.

Episode I

Vegeta and Nappa are getting close to the Earth, and Goku decides to test his son, Gohan, who you have to kill to complete the Episode.

Rewards:

• 50 Player EXP

Episode II

Gokku tries to help his friends, who have been hurt by Saibaman. Wipe them out to move forward.

Rewards:

• 1000 Zeni
• 50 Player EXP

Episode III

When Nappa and Vegeta arrive on Earth, Goku fights Nappa and defeats him.

Rewards:

• 1000 Zeni
• 50 Player EXP

Episode IV

After Nappa dies, Vegeta faces Goku. You have to reduce his Health enough to end the Episode, and he'll turn into a Great Ape.

Episode V

Vegeta hurts Goku's friends and Gohan. Goku gets angry and transforms into a Super Saiyan. He defeats Vegeta, who goes back to his previous form.

Episode VI

Goku and his allies go to Planet Namek and search for Dragon Balls. Defeat Frieza when he appears to complete this part of the Path.

Episode VII

Vegeta comes back as Super Saiyan and states that he has killed Frieza. This means that Vegeta himself is the final boss. Goku turns into a Super Saiyan and beats Vegeta.

DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO The Changing Future Path & Episodes

Select to help during the Hyperbolic Time Chamber Episode, and you'll begin the Changing Future Episode in DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO.

Episode I

Goku challenges Cell and saves Piccolo's life. Defeat Cell and you'll move on to the next Episode.

Episode II

Although Cell is dead, you still need to defeat Android 18. Once you do that, you'll complete this part of the Pathway.

Episode III

After Android 18, you must kill Android 17. After you're done, you'll trigger a cutscene that will transition to the next Episode.

Episode IV

In the final part of the Changing Future Path, you have to take down Android 16. This is the last step before officially completing the part.
