In Dragon's Dogma 2, at some point, you will want to use the oxcart to move a little faster through the land of Vermund or Battahl. The first chance you will have is in Vernworth and when you try, you will trigger the start of the quest Oxcart Courier. A man named Donovan will stop you and ask if you can deliver a letter to Lennart in Melve.
We are going to explain where to find him because while Melve isn't the biggest village, your map doesn't give you his exact location. Lennart likes to move around a lot so there are a few places you can try looking for him.
Where to Find Lennart in Dragon's Dogma 2
Take an oxcart back to Melve and begin your search for Lennart. Be aware that depending on when you choose to return to the starting village, you might find a dragon attacking. This will start the quest Readvent of Calamity.

When you have dealt with the dragon or if you don't encounter it, begin your search at the stone archway at the entrance of the village. You are on the lookout for a soldier with a large cape with fur around his shoulders. He has grey hair combed forward with shaved sides. He stands out in Dragon's Dogma 2.
If you don't find him at the entrance, check inside and outside the inn. You can often find him talking to other NPCs. Have a look around his house which is opposite the inn. Players also find him at the well in the destroyed section of the village.
He moves around the village of Melve a lot so if he isn't in one of these locations, you are going to have to run around a little bit. If you did encounter the dragon on your return and are struggling to find him, you can leave the village and rest for a day.

When you come back, you will have to find Ulrika. Find her house at the highest point of the village and accept her offer to stay the night. The next morning Lennart will search you out himself, saving you from frustrating yourself trying to find him.
If this is the first time talking to him, he will give you a quest before you can deliver the letter. Head back to Donovan using the oxcart outside Melve. He will give you a pretty decent reward considering all you did was pass a letter along.
