After you have reached the endgame in Granblue Fantasy: Relink you will want to start leveling your characters and making them stronger. However, to do that you will need to farm a lot.

How to AFK Farm

AFK, or away-from-keyboard, farming in Granblue Fantasy: Relink can be done with the help of the game’s Assist Mode.

The Assist Mode in Granblue Fantasy: Relink is divided into two types:

Assist Mode
Full Assist Mode

Both of these modes make the game easier for you by taking control of your character’s actions such as Dodge, using skills and others. All you need to do is move.

To AFK farm in Granblue Fantasy: Relink you will need to turn on the Full Assist Mode that can be found under System > Game Options > Gameplay > Assist Mode.

After you have turned on the Full Assist Mode your character will do all actions by themselves and all you need to do is move, but you may even find that you don’t need to do that either!

This guide will be using Rackam as our main AFK farming character as Rackam can attack from anywhere on the battlefield without needing to move, making him the best at AFK farming.

Another good thing to note before you start your AFK farming is to turn on the Quest Cutscene Auto-Skip feature, as well as set your Loading Screen Skip feature to Auto-Skip.

Both of these features can be found in the Gameplay section of the Game Options, so you can touch them while turning on the Assist Mode.

Final thing to note is that as of the latest update the game has made it so that you can only repeat a stage 10 times before you need to manually set it to farm again, so after every 10 completions you will need to start the process again.

Now then let’s get to how the AFK farm works.

Best AFK Farm Locations

To start off it is worth noting the Full Assist Mode can only be used in quests up to the Extreme difficulty so the only quests that you can AFK farm in Granblue Fantasy: Relink are Extreme Difficulty ones.

The Quests that we recommend to farm using the AFK Farm method are the following:

General Investigation: Gallanza
Assault Formation

To farm these quests you first must have the Extreme Difficulty unlocked, which can be done by simply playing through the game’s main story, and the other thing is to make sure that your characters are strong enough to farm these quests by themselves. The stronger your characters are the faster this is going to go.

You can farm General Investigation: Gallanza for items which you can then exchange for Knickknack Vouchers in Siero’s Knickknack Shack, and you can farm the Assault Formation Quest for EXP and some items as well.

Both of these are great farming locations and your characters do not need to be that strong to get through them.

For both we recommend having Rackam as your main character as he can shoot at enemies from afar and is overall the best character when it comes to AFK farming.
