Kicking things off, Umbral Flames has quite a high damage output, however, it can be difficult to adjust to ranged combat, given how much mobility Hades 2 requires you to have.

- Clunky and rather slow.
- Requires a lot of practice to master.
Although the Axe is rather slow, the damage it can dish out is not to be underestimated.

Hades 2: A-Tier Weapons
A very fun and interesting weapon design, the Argent Skull packs quite the punch, although it has a major drawback that puts it just slightly below the best of the best.

- Incredible damage.
- High versatility.
CONS:
- Difficult to obtain.
- Ammo system.
This starting weapon is a great companion to your adventures and runs. Although you might be left wanting more damage, your attacks are quite fast, enabling you to efficiently move around the map.

- Good range to help keep your distance.
- Great for dealing with crowds of enemies.
CONS:
- Lower damage.
- Limited mobility options if overwhelmed.
Hades 2: S-Tier Weapons
Possibly the best weapon available in Hades 2 so far, the Sister Blades are remarkable in terms of damage, utility, and mobility.

- High-damage combos.
- Fast attacks.
- Great when dealing with multiple opponents.
CONS:
- Can lack in terms of single-target damage.
- Very aggressive so you will need to position yourself.
