Hearthstone's New Expansion Revealed: Perils in Paradise

Hearthstone's next expansion will be taking place in the newest and most beautiful resort - The Marin. This relaxing place is like no other and is even compared to Paradise. The Perils in Paradise expansion will come with many exciting updates, including 145 new cards, new keywords, rewards, and more! Check out everything we know about Hearthstone's summer-themed expansion below!

New Keyword: Tourist 

Tourist is a brand-new keyword coming with Perils in Paradise. Every single class will have a Tourist Legendary Card available in this expansion. Including one of these cards in your deck during the deckbuilding phase will automatically add all Perils in Paradise cards from the target Tourist class. For example, Paladin Legendary minion - Sunsapper Lynessa, is a Rogue Tourist, which means that adding her to your Paladin deck will give you access to all Perils in Paradise Rogue cards. Here is a list of the classes and their tourist destinations: 

• Paladin Tourist Destination: Rogue
• Rogue Tourist Destination: Warlock
• Warlock Tourist Destination: Death Knight
• Death Knight Tourist Destination: Shaman
• Shaman Tourist Destination: Demon Hunter
• Demon Hunter Tourist Destination: Priest
• Priest Tourist Destination: Hunter
• Hunter Tourist Destination: Warrior
• Warrior Tourist Destination: Druid
• Druid Tourist Destination: Mage
• Mage Tourist Destination: Paladin

Refreshing Drinks

Drinks are the new version of an old mechanic in Hearthstone - Recastable Spell. After you use this card, a copy of it with one less charge will be added to your hand. An example is Malted Magma, a Shaman card with 3 charges (drinks) that, for 2 mana, deals 1 damage to all enemies.

Perils in Paradise: New Destinations

Of course, we are getting some new locations from all around the island with the new season. It was announced that there will be six new locations in total, and one has already been revealed: Hiking Trails.

Perils in Paradise Login Reward: Marin The Manager

Marin the Manager is the first reward from the Perils in Paradise expansion that you can get by logging in to Hearthstone right now! Marin's treasures, including Golden Kobold, Wondrous Wand, Tolin's Goblet, and Zarog's Crown, were originally introduced during the Kobolds & Catacombs expansion during the dungeon runs.

If you don't get Marin as a login reward before Patch 30.6, he will be available in your first Perils in Paradise pack.

Hearthstone New Expansion Pre-Purchase

There are two Perils in Paradise bundles that are already available for purchase. Here is what each of them includes:

• The Perils in Paradise Mega Bundle - 80 Perils in Paradise card packs, 10 Golden Perils in Paradise card packs, 1 random Perils in Paradise Signature Legendary card, 1 random Perils in Paradise Golden Legendary card, and the Hakkar the Houndmaster Card Back and Hero Skin
• The Perils in Paradise Bundle - 60 Perils in Paradise card packs, 2 random Perils in Paradise Legendary cards, and the Hakkar Card Back
