Helldivers 2 offers a wide array of progression paths for all players, featuring visually stunning nukes, rocket launchers, and turrets, just to scratch the surface. These upgrades require different currencies and materials that players must extract from missions, but fortunately, some can be acquired through the daily and weekly mission table in the game.
The newest Personal Order in the game rewards a substantial amount of Medals to all Helldivers who manage to kill 25 Hunters. However, with no in-game manual or bestiary currently available in Helldivers 2, some players might not know which enemy this actually is. In this article, we will cover which enemy type the Hunter is, how they look, and where you can find them on the world map.

What Are Hunters in Helldivers 2?
Hunters in Helldivers 2 are the fast-moving orange bugs that belong to the Terminid faction. These enemies often travel in packs and are prone to triggering bug breaches whenever you encounter one of their patrols. Due to their high speed, Hunters can easily surround you, so it's essential to maintain distance and eliminate them using long-range weapons, sentries, and Stratagems. It's important not to confuse them with the Stalker, a higher-tier enemy that becomes invisible and attempts to ambush you.
Hunters have very low hit points, as their strategy relies on overwhelming you with sheer numbers rather than durability. They lack a specific weak point and can be taken down with just a few shots from any weapon in the game. Here is a picture of the Hunter enemy in Helldivers 2:

Helldivers 2 Hunter Location
With Hunters being part of the Terminid faction in Helldivers 2, you will be able to find them on the eastern part of the galactic map. They can be found on any of the planets that are part of the orange zones. You will not have a lot of issues locating Hunters, as they can be found in pretty much every patrol, bug nest, and bug breach that happens on these planets. We highly recommend going in with a lot of different area-of-effect Stratagems and weapons, as most of the Terminid faction will try to overwhelm you with their numbers.
And that covers everything you need to know to complete the latest Personal Order in Helldivers 2. The daily mission only requires 25 Hunter kills, and since they travel together in packs, you will not have a hard time finding and killing them. Earning the extra Medals is crucial for being able to unlock all of the new weapons, armor, and emotes available in the Warbonds.
