How To Fast Travel in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
Fast travel isn't available right from the start. You'll first unlock it in the Lower City's western area called The Sacred Archives. Look for a broken Homa Statue. Once you find it, break the orb nearby to activate the statue as a fast travel point.

You can then use it to travel to other Homa Statues you've activated.
These statues are scattered throughout the game and are easy to spot thanks to a purple glow. Find the orb, break it, and you've got a new fast travel point. This makes it easier to go back to places you've already visited, especially when you have new powers to explore previously unreachable areas.
