In the upcoming League of Legends Patch 14.12, players can expect some serious changes to the ADC ecosystem. Matt Leung-Harrison revealed the future plans for bot lane on X earlier today. Some forgotten ADCs will get a buff while the OP ones will be hit with nerfs. Here's what you need to know:

Item and Rune Changes
The systems in the game are generally in a good spot right now, but there are some small tweaks being made to overpowered and underpowered items and runes.
In the AD Crit space, items such as Scout's Slingshot, Lord Dominick's Regards, and Statikk Shiv are a bit weak. They will receive adjustments in patch 14.12, getting a new build path to make them easier to build. Leaks suggest Noonquiver will get a nerf to its AD.
Matt also mentions that the rune First Strike has been deemed too strong and snowbally in the early game by League of Legends players, so it will be nerfed to balance its power throughout the game.

Bot Lane Buffs and Nerfs
Ashe
When it comes to the Bot Ecosystem, Ashe is currently on the top of the ADC meta. She's completely overpowering in solo queue, with strong builds in both the early and mid-game. Riot Games will be nerfing her in the next patch, which means her reign didn't last more than a single patch.
Ezreal & Xayah
To address Ashe's dominance, underrated champions in the current meta, such as Ezreal and Xayah, will be receiving buffs to bring them up to speed. This is great news for both of them, as they have been scraping the bottom of all ADC tier lists for a while now. Patch 14.11 brought them back to the Summoner's Rift, although there's more to expect from the two of them. It was about time, and we're happy to hear that there will be some rotation in the meta!

Karma & Yummi
Guess who's also going to return to the bot lane? Everyone's "favorite" support - Yummi. That's right, the cat sup is getting a buff, although we're not sure what this might mean for her. She has been one of the forgotten champions for a while now and maybe this change will help her. Karma is also getting buffed but we're not sure if this will be related to mid-lane or support.
Blitzcrank
Speaking of favorite supports, Blitzcrank will be hit with a nerf. This will surely shake up the support meta, as he is a staple in the bot lane.
According to Matt, Smolder has landed in a decent spot, so there will be no changes to that champion. He was buffed recently, targeting how weak he used to be.
Overall, players can look forward to a more balanced and competitive ADC ecosystem in Patch 14.12. Keep an eye out for these changes and see how they impact the game!
