Lillia is quite strong, however, Riot continues to refuse nerfing her despite her damage and mobility.

Shaco is back again given how much assassins are taking over in the jungle. This terrifying jester not only is incredibly annoying to play against but his kit allows him to invade without much fuss.

• Great mobility
• Strong early game
• Efficient clears

CONS:

• Requires an engage-heavy team to excel

Nocturne is also darkening the skies on Summoner's Rift as he is one of the stronger gankers in the game. 

PROS:

• Fast and easy clears
• Great engage
• A lot of utility

CONS:

• Can struggle against tanks

Kha'Zix is another incredibly strong assassin as the meta has revolved around junglers that can very easily destroy squishy champions.

PROS

• Good mobility
• Great 1v1 damage
• Very adaptable according to the team's needs

CONS

• Lack of hard CC

Yi is another power farming monster that can quickly clear camps and objectives.

PROS

• High damage
• Very mobile
• Fun to play with great snowballing potential

CONS

• Terrible against CC-heavy teams

Bel'Veth is incredibly strong in this patch given how fast she can traverse the map whilst being a fast clearer and good ganker.

• Strong skirmish damage
• Great for invades

CONS

• Can be tricky to navigate in team fights

Udyr is another power farmer who can quite easily build up a sizeable CS lead as well as get crucial objectives.

PROS

• Fast and reliable clears
• Innate tankiness and great damage

CONS

• Needs setup from the team to excel

Brand's damage is out of this world as a full combo can easily melt carries and if you are able to blast your ult early into a team fight you are almost guaranteed to win it.

• No mobility

Hecarim received some love in this patch as he can now more efficiently farm and gank lanes without having too much downtime. 

PROS

• Great sustain and clears
• Strong team fighting
• Decent damage

CONS

• Can struggle against poke comps

Diana has a very decent clear speed, and her ganks are alright but you need to keep in mind that she can very squishy despite dealing tons of damage.

Xin is a staple pick in competitive play for a reason. He can easily win most skirmishes and has great team fighting due to his ultimate. 

Volibear has an alright clear speed and his ganks can be quite frustrating to deal with, however, he can be rather clunky in team fights, but his ultimate is the greatest tool for tower dives. 

Amumu is also picking up in terms of pick rate as this tanky AP mummy brings a lot to the table with his great CC and good clear speed. 

Morgana is another good choice if you want an AP jungler that has one of the longest CC abilities in the game paired with her great zoning and team-fighting capabilities. 

Briar is in a tough spot as she can deal insane damage, she is difficult to play given how her kit works so you will be often regretting ulting the enemy bot lane until you get the hang of it. 

Rengar is being utilized more for his very aggressive playstyle. Although his clear is not as ideal as other junglers, he excels in terms of ganking capabilities as well as one-shotting enemy carries in the late game. 

Jarvan is great for players who want a clear-cut way of clearing as well as ganking. He can be very good in the mid-game, however, he struggles against power farmers.

Ivern is a great option if your team does not have enough utility, and in this AD Mid meta, having another enchanter is something you shouldn't disregard. 

Karthus exists only to farm and press R, and if you find this playstyle exciting, then look no further. 

Elise can be very strong, however, managing all of her unique abilities can be a bit overwhelming if you are just picking her up. Nonetheless, she can pose quite a threat especially when invading. 

Maokai is a reliable tank that can very easily gank lanes if you teammates are constantly pushed in, and coupled with a decent ultimate you can get some easy wins. 

Wukong is a mixed bag, and although you can either use a tanky or glass cannon build, he can still struggle to compete with other junglers.

Poppy is more of a utility pick if the enemy team has too many dive champions. She can be quite tanky and useful in team fights given how easily she can throw away any enemy with her ult. 

Taliyah received quite the nerf to her damage, but despite that, she can still be very useful as her utility is great for setting up ganks and securing objectives.

Graves has been struggling for quite a while, his damage is okay, and his clears as well, but he lacks the needed oomph to be on par with other much better champions.

Gragas is better off as a top laner instead of a jungler due to rather slow clears.

Skarner has been gutted and although you can still find some use for him due to his kit, ultimately you will be a charging tank that could potentially ult 2-3 enemy champions. 

Sejuani has sunk quite deep and is probably not reaching the very top anytime soon. Her damage is mediocre and her clears are subpar, however, she can be quite useful in team fights.

The changes to Nidalee's Cougar form abilities have pushed Nidalee down the tier list as her damage is not as oppressive as before. 

Vi has become quite weak in this meta as her clears are not as fast, and her only saving grace is the ability to lock down enemy carries.

Zyra's plants were nerfed a ton, resulting in slower clear speeds and since she is incredibly squishy, the lack of damage further cements her downfall.

Lee is a nightmare to balance as Riot games have given him quite the mobile and playmaking kit, however, his damage quickly falls off, making him suboptimal in prolonged games.
