Lillia is quite strong, however, Riot continues to refuse nerfing her despite her damage and mobility.
PROS:
- Fast clears

- Squishy
Amumu
Amumu is a very solid pick as not only you can be a strong tank for your team, but the added CC is a cherry on top.
PROS:
- Decent gap closer
- Good team fighting
- Innate tankiness
CONS:
- Lacks mobility
Nocturne
Nocturne is also darkening the skies on Summoner's Rift as he is one of the stronger gankers in the game.
PROS:
- Fast and easy clears
- Great engage
- A lot of utility
CONS:
- Can struggle against tanks

Kha'Zix
Kha'Zix is another incredibly strong assassin as the meta has revolved around junglers that can very easily destroy squishy champions.
PROS
- Good mobility
- Great 1v1 damage
- Very adaptable according to the team's needs
CONS
- Lack of hard CC
Master Yi
Yi is another power farming monster that can quickly clear camps and objectives.
PROS
- High damage

CONS
- Terrible against CC-heavy teams
Bel'Veth
Bel'Veth is incredibly strong in this patch given how fast she can traverse the map whilst being a fast clearer and good ganker.

- Strong skirmish damage
- Great for invades
CONS
- Can be tricky to navigate in team fights

Udyr
Udyr is another power farmer who can quite easily build up a sizeable CS lead as well as get crucial objectives.

- Fast and reliable clears
- Innate tankiness and great damage
CONS
- Needs setup from the team to excel
Briar
Briar is finally strong enough to warrant playing her despite the odd playstyle you will need to get used to.

- Incredible sustain
- One of the best gankers due to her ult
CONS
- Squishy
Hecarim
Hecarim received some love in this patch as he can now more efficiently farm and gank lanes without having too much downtime.

League of Legends 14.17: A-Tier Jungle Champions
Diana
Diana has a very decent clear speed, and her ganks are alright but you need to keep in mind that she can very squishy despite dealing tons of damage.
Xin Zhao
Xin is a staple pick in competitive play for a reason. He can easily win most skirmishes and has great team fighting due to his ultimate.
Volibear
Volibear has an alright clear speed and his ganks can be quite frustrating to deal with, however, he can be rather clunky in team fights, but his ultimate is the greatest tool for tower dives.

Evelynn
Evelynn is quite the monster in solo queue as her invisibility makes it difficult to predict ganking routes and avenues of approach.
Morgana
Morgana is another good choice if you want an AP jungler that has one of the longest CC abilities in the game paired with her great zoning and team-fighting capabilities.
Rammus
Rammus has been seeing some play as his kit allows him to shut down backline carries quite efficiently, and his ganks can be quite deadly.

Skarner
Skarner is in a decent spot as Riot was able to adjust his numbers just so his is still a viable threat as a jungler.
Jarvan IV
Jarvan is great for players who want a clear-cut way of clearing as well as ganking. He can be very good in the mid-game, however, he struggles against power farmers.
Ivern
Ivern is a great option if your team does not have enough utility, and in this AD Mid meta, having another enchanter is something you shouldn't disregard.

League of Legends 14.17: B-Tier Jungle Champions
Zyra
Zyra is doing fairly decent in the current meta, although you will struggle to be the damage powerhouse, you can still get a lot of mileage out of her with ultimate and clear speeds.
Nidalee
Nidalee saw some interesting changes, with Riot opting for an alternative AD build that could scale well if your team lacks proper damage.
Maokai
Maokai is a reliable tank that can very easily gank lanes if you teammates are constantly pushed in, and coupled with a decent ultimate you can get some easy wins.

Wukong
Wukong is a mixed bag, and although you can either use a tanky or glass cannon build, he can still struggle to compete with other junglers.
Poppy
Poppy is more of a utility pick if the enemy team has too many dive champions. She can be quite tanky and useful in team fights given how easily she can throw away any enemy with her ult.
Zac
Not great, not terrible, Zac is in a sweet spot when it comes to his CC, clears, and team fight presence.

League of Legends 14.17: C-Tier Jungle Champions
Jax
Jax can be placed a bit higher on the list, but you might struggle to make use of his full potential as he excels as a split pusher.
Gragas
Gragas is better off as a top laner instead of a jungler due to rather slow clears.
Shyvana
Shyvana is falling behind in terms of relevance due to her lack of proper engage, as her damage is also subpar to warrant picking her, despite having a good clear speed.
Lee Sin
Lee Sin is doing slightly better than before, however, he still falls behind quite easily if you are unable to establish good leads in the early-to-mid game.

League of Legends 14.17: D-Tier Jungle Champions
Sejuani
Sejuani is lacking the much needed presence in solo queue as the meta favors very agile champions, whilst her clunky playstyle might be a detriment in most comps.
Brand
Brand has been hit with some heavy nerfs, practically destroying his clearing speed and reducing his damage in fights.
Graves
Graves is stuck at the bottom, and there seems to be no hope of him making a comeback anytime soon.
Karthus
Karthus is a nightmare in the current meta as there are much better AP champions available for you to pick up.
