LoL Anima Squad 2024 Event - Everything We Know So Far

Riot Games just launched a teaser trailer for the summer event in League of Legends. Anima Squad is returning to the world of LoL in 2024 with five new skins and an exciting concept! Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming event.

Anima Squad 2024 - Judging by the Teaser

Anima Squad is part of the Anima Tech universe in League of Legends. The Anima Squad is a futuristic team trying to protect the planet from a high-tech army of aliens known as the Primordians.

Knowing that the Anima Squad teaser trailer takes us to the base of the team. Yuumi is carelessly receiving messages and deleting them. She gets a voice message from Aatrox, a Primordian, saying he will attack them soon. Afterward, she receives messages from Illaoi, Seraphine, and a male LoL champion who's rumored to be Yasuo.

Anima Squad 2024 Skins

In the teaser, we see five LoL champions: Yuumi, Aatrox, Illaoi, Seraphine, and Yasuo. This information has already been leaked, along with Zoe, Leona, and Aurora's skins. Leakers have confirmed that although Aurora isn't in the trailer, she will receive an Anima Squad skin. It's also rumored that the next teasers will introduce Zoe and Leona as well, especially after Riot has been posting a lot about the latter in June, during Pride Month.

Swarm Game Mode

The summer event in LoL will most probably feature an upcoming PvE game mode. Swarm can be played either co-op or solo and it's inspired by bullet heaven survivor games. Learn more about it here.

Anima Squad Summer Event Release Date

The Anima Squad event will be launched on July 17th, 2024. For League of Legends players eager to try it out early, Swarm will be available on the Public Beta Environment (PBE) in late June.
