Thankfully, she isn't that difficult to get used to.

Luna Snow rewards precise aim, and she can not only deal insane amounts of damage but also heal her allies. Moreover, her passive will help you move faster than ever and figure out who needs help immediately. If you want to pair her with other characters, we recommend choosing Jeff, but she can also do extremely well by herself. Last, but not least, she's perfect for dealing consistent damage.

Unfortunately, although she has so many advantages, it's worth mentioning that her biggest weakness is that she lacks vertical mobility, and if you don't have a very precise aim, you'll miss a lot of shots and your allies won't be properly healed. In any case, don't hesitate to use her Ultimate; it's one of the best in the game.
