When you begin Metaphor: ReFantazio, you'll be prompted to join the military and you'll go through an interview that will determine your starting stats! This can be crucial if you want to build a specific combat style. Metaphor: ReFantazio - All Interview Answers & Stat Changes

Once you get to Grand Trad for the first time, you'll need to go to the Recruitment Center and join the military. There, Captain Klinger will interview you and ask you what skills you can bring to the table that will help serve the corps.

You will be given to choose from 5 answers, and they each increase and decrease certain stats. Here's all the answers and all the stats that they change:

I've got a sharp mind.	+2 Magic -2 Strength
I can take a lot of punishment.	+2 Endurance -2 Agility
I'm small, but quick.	+2 Agility -2 Endurance
