The truck at the Cargo Scramble event in Once Human will keep changing its position until you destroy it. Each time you see it, you need to try and damage it as much as you can with your gun or explosives. Once you are done, you will notice a few black jelly balls right next to it. However, be careful because when you approach the Seeds of Life, they will put a jelly blob over your head, triggering an Infection Countdown timer.

This will happen to other players as well, so make sure to take down as many enemies as you can to maximize the rewards at the end. It's not really possible to predict when such a Cargo Scramble event will begin since they are random, but you can occasionally check your map to see if the truck has appeared anywhere. Press X, and you'll find a list of all the events happening, which can help you keep track of all of them.

The trick here is to kill as many players as you can because the more hosts you wipe out, the more Sproutlets you will receive at the end. Once you finish the event, you need to leave the area in order for it to be officially marked as complete.

You can expect to get Sproulets as a reward, which is a special currency in the game, as well as weapon Modules and vehicle skins. You can find the latter at Nisa's shop. She is an NPC who is located at Meyer's Market or the Tall Grass Inn. You will recognize her by the pink clothing and the jelly blob on her head. Have fun and good luck on your next adventure!
