Once Human - How To Increase Isolated Securement Unit Limit

Whether you're a newbie or an experienced Once Human player, you will reach a moment when using Deviants will become necessary for your survival. These little creatures can help you at your base and even serve as allies on the battlefield.

However, they cannot just run around; you need a place like the Isolated Securement Unit to store them. Let's see how to build one of these devices and how to increase its limit.

Once Human Isolated Securement Unit

If you want to progress fast in Once Human, you will need a wide range of Deviants that are stored in your Territory. By default, the Isolated Securement Unit allows you to keep 5 Deviants, but as you move forward through the main story and the levels, you will need more space than that.

Increasing the limit of the Isolated Securement Unit requires you to unlock the respective expansion Memetics before placing the units wherever you want within your base. However, always make sure that they are easily accessible to make management easier.

Once Human How To Increase Isolated Securement Unit Limit

Thankfully, increasing the limit of your Isolated Securement Unit is relatively straightforward, and unlocking Expansion I will boost the capacity to 10 slots. All you need to do is complete the following steps:

1. Press I to access Inventory
2. Locate the Memetic Cradle at the top and select it
3. Access the Memetic menu and head to the Logistics tab
4. Scroll down and click on the Ascendance section
5. Select the Securement Unit Expansion I

It's important to note that to unlock the Securement Unit Expansion I, you will need to prepare 3 Ciphers and 200 Energy Links. Unlocking Expansion II is the same, but it will cost you 7 Ciphers and 2,000 Energy Links, pushing the limit to 20 empty spaces.

In case you still don't have an Isolated Securement Unit at your base and you want to build one, you will need to gather some materials first. The good news is that if you have enough Deviants to feel the need to expand your Isolated Securement Unit, then you most probably have plenty of these resources in your inventory already.
